Chocolate Banana Tacos

  • 4 six-inch flour tortillas
  • cinnamon-sugar mixture
  • cooking spray
  • 1 small box instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 bananas
  • chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cocoa powder for garnish

Dampen tortillas lightly with water and sprinkle both sides with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Gently press the tortillas into custard cups sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for twelve minutes. Cool and place on serving plates. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Fill tortilla bowls with pudding and bananas. Garnish as desired.
